It is signed by the Obama comic strip artist Todd Nauck and comes sealed with a Dynamic Forces (DF) Certificate Of Autheniticity, confirming that it is one of just 199 copies produced! That makes it rarer than the Obama variant first print itself!!! Bagged and boarded in NM condition.
