Terms and Conditions

Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 14 working days commencing the day after delivery.

To cancel a contract, write 'Cancel Contract' on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 14 working days starting the day after the items were delivered. We request that you email sales@heroesassemble.com to tell us that you wish to return goods before you send them and we will advise you with the return address. 2 working days advance warning is required for returns to give us an opportunity to confirm the return to you.

We require that you use an insured/signed for service (recorded delivery or special delivery in the UK depending on value) to return the goods. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the wrong item to you in error.

When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item(s).

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you in the condition that they were sent, or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of replacing and/or recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Items that are returned that were correctly delivered will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returned packages - if a package is returned to us undelivered, the buyer is responsible for the cost of resending unless we have sent the package to an address other than that on the order.

Damages/lost packages - we pack well but cannot take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the delivery service. We insure all packages though, so please contact us if a package arrives damaged or is lost, so that a claim can be made on the delivery service. We will require your co-operation in providing evidence and written confirmation to the delivery company that the package was damaged or did not arrive. We will replace the goods, if available, or refund the cost of the goods only once the claim has been settled with the delivery company.

Pre-orders - Release dates are merely indicative and are subject to change by the publisher and distributor at short notice. We have no control over this and you should bear this in mind if you are buying a present for someone.

Pre-orders need to be paid for in advance and single items over £10 in value cannot be cancelled once paid for as the distributors do not accept order cancellations.

We will refund a pre-order, if requested, if an item is more than 30 days later than the publishers original release date.

Privacy policy - your information will not be shared or supplied to any third party, other the payment provider that you have chosen to use or official bodies, if we are required to in the case of a problem or suspected fraud. Cookies are used by our e-commerce platform in order to maintain the shopping cart contents.
