Amazing Spider-man #642 NYCC Variant CGC 9.8 Signature Series comic book, from Marvel Comics, which has been signed by John Romita Sr., fan favourite Silver Age Spider-man artist who drew Stan Lee's stories from 1966,  and he is also the cover artist, with his son, on this issue!

This hard to find Amazing Spider-man Variant comic was only available as a limited edition at the 2010 New York Comic Con.
