Doctor Who Classics #4 Retro Retail Incentive Variant comic book from IDW Publishing in 2008, featuring the Meep in "Star Beast".

It has a great new cover by top artist Dave Gibbons (2000AD, Doctor Who, Watchmen etc.).

These issues were never licensed for distribution in the UK, so they are hard to find here.

It is unread from new in 2008 and has been carefully stored bagged and boarded since then. It is very high grade with no apparent spine stresses and sharp corners so we would expect this is be an excellent 9.8 candidate for professional grading at CGC.
