A super Near Mint copy of this very hard to find Marvel Must Haves Ultimate Spider-man, which is a Jay Company Signed & Sketched limited edition.

It is signed by Ultimate Spider-man artist Art Thibert, who has added a nice piece of original artwork to the cover in the form of a large Venom head sketch. This is a hand drawn and inked Venom sketch by a Marvel Comics professional artist, not pre-printed artwork.

It comes sealed with a low numbered Jay Company Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) #4 of just 25 copies produced worldwide.
