Grimm Fairy Tales #1 Gold Foil Variant comic book produced by Jay Company Comics and limited to just 500 copies. There were supposed to be sold at the Wizard World Texas convention in late 2007 but didn't arrive from the printers in time and so they were issued without the WWT COA.
