This super key issue features the Origin and 1st appearance of the Incredible Hulk. 1st appearance of Rick Jones, Betty Ross and General Ross.
This is a UK Pence priced variant edition which was printed in the US in 1962 at the same time as the Cents priced edition and was for distribution in the UK only. It is scarcer than the US edition as it had a lower production run.
The most recent sales of unsigned examples of this book are a CGC 5.0 for $60,000 (£50,296) in December 2021 and a CGC 4.5 for $38,400 (£32,192) in January 2022.
Extremely hard to find with an authenticated Stan Lee signature and there are only 3 similar or higher Signature Series examples sold in the last 5 years...
It has been professionally graded by CGC, the largest independent comic grading company in the world, and slabbed in a sealed protective case. The grade is guaranteed to be mid-grade 4.5 (VERY GOOD+) and this is a yellow label CGC Signature Series, which means that an authorised CGC representative witnessed the signing and this also acts as a Certificate Of Authenticity. As soon as the comic is signed, it is removed by a CGC authorised party and submitted straight to CGC for grading and encapsulation, guaranteeing the authenticity of the signature.

There are no cracks on the case. Any glare is just the scanner on the CGC case, which causes reflection.
