The Certificate Of Authenticity reads "This Micronauts Preview Museum Edition is 1 of only 50 copies produced exclusively for the Wizard World East 2002 Convention by Jay Company Comics, authorized by Devil's Due. Each edition is crafted on archival museum stock paper, individually numbered. Accept no imitations to the finest collectibles in the comic market."

It comes with the Jay Company Seal intact and Certificate Of Authenticity. These extremely limited editions represent the rarest Micronauts comics ever produced and sold out years ago. They typically sit in private collections now and rarely come to market!

Scans are of the actual comic. The comic is unread and is bagged and boarded in Near Mint or better condition.
