This is a Dynamic Forces Proof and was signed as a spare by Stan Lee, so it does not come with a Certificate Of Authenticity (COA). It has a small impression mark to the top edge above the letter "A" in "PARKER", so it was never released as part of the final production. You can compare it with the official version, in image 3 (which is not included), to see that the signature is authentic.
