It was only available as a Retailer Incentive Variant and retailers received just 1 copy for every 100 copies of the standard issue that they purchased.

Lovely high grade example with no apparent spine stresses and sharp corners, which we would expect to achieve a 9.8 if submitted to CGC for professional grading.
