Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel the order (contract) for your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel an order write 'Cancel Order' on the back of the invoice. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and send them to us with the invoice within 14 working days from when they were delivered. We request that you email email@example.com to tell us that you wish to return goods before you send them and we will advise you with the return address. 2 working days advance warning is required for returns to give us an opportunity to confirm the return to you.
We require that you use an insured/signed for service (recorded delivery or special delivery in the UK depending on value) to return the goods. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have made an error, and delivered the wrong item to you, or the goods were delivered damaged.
When we receive the goods with the notice of your order cancellation, we will refund the original payment, provided the goods are returned in a merchantable condition.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the order, the original payment will be refunded to the payment mechanism used as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you in the condition that they were sent, or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of repairing or replacing and/or recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
If a package is returned to us undelivered, the buyer is responsible for the cost of resending unless we have sent the package to the incorrect delivery address.
Damages & Lost Packages
We pack very securely but cannot take responsibility for loss or damage caused by poor handling by the delivery service. We insure all packages though, so please contact us if a package arrives damaged or is lost, so that a claim can be made on the delivery service. We will require your co-operation in providing photographic evidence and written confirmation to the delivery company, that the package was damaged or did not arrive. We will replace the goods, if available, or refund the cost of the goods only once the claim has been settled with the delivery company.
Pre-orders - Release dates are merely indicative and are subject to change by the publisher and distributor at short notice. We have no control over this and you should bear this in mind if you are buying a gift for someone.
Your information will not be shared or supplied to any third party, other the payment provider that you have chosen to use or official bodies, if we are required to in the case of a problem or suspected fraud. Cookies are used by our e-commerce platform in order to maintain the shopping cart contents.
We do not store any credit or debit card details of our customers. All of our transactions are handled by PayPal.
