Retailers had to order 50 copies of the standard issue to get just one of these rare variant comics.

Scans are of the actual item. Unread, bagged and boarded in sharp condition with one small spine stress which does not break colour, tight spine and sharp corners. At least 9.6 Near Mint+ condition and probably a 9.8 candidate for CGC, as the spine stress should press out.

This will be shipped in the strong oversized boxed setup we use for CGC books.
