Venom #1 Scorpion Comics Sketch Variant (2017) CGC 9.8 Signature Series comic book from Marvel Comics, which is signed by Todd McFarlane, the co-creator of Venom in super silver ink!

Todd McFarlane rarely attends US conventions and generally limits CGC Signature Series autographs to an annual private signing. This rare limited edition variant comic, with new cover artwork by Mark Bagley, was only available in the US from Scorpion Comics before it sold out!

It has been professionally graded by CGC, the largest independent comic grading company in the world, and slabbed in a sealed tamper proof protective case. CGC also authenticated the original creator signature.

The comic grade is guaranteed to be high investment grade 9.8 (NEAR MINT/MINT) and this is a yellow label CGC Signature Series, which means that an authorised CGC representative witnessed the signing and this also acts as a Certificate Of Authenticity. CGC remove the comic as soon as it is signed and ship it to their facility in Florida, to ensure that the signature is authentic.
